How do I receive payment for my golf clubs?
We prefer to pay by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, we will mail you a check as soon as we have received and inspected your golf clubs.

How long does the trade-in process take?
We'll receive your clubs in about 5-7 business days. After we get them we inspect the clubs for accuracy and then make payment to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days. So you can expect payment 6-10 business days after shipping your clubs.

I've bought golf clubs from you on eBay, how can I trade-in my old clubs?
Start by getting a quote and shipping your old clubs to us with the pre-paid UPS label. After we've inspected your clubs we will email you an invoice for your ebay purchase less the trade-in value of your old clubs. Of course if you'd like your new clubs shipped right away you can pay for them in full before you start the trade-in process.

What do I ship my golf clubs in?
Start by using a sturdy box with plenty of packing material. Newspaper is often a good choice and easy to find around the house. Make sure that the clubs are packed tightly and will not shift when the box is handled. Then print the pre-paid UPS label that we have emailed you and affix the label to the outside of the box. You can give the package to any UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Store. The UPS Store can also handle packaging your clubs if you wish to have them do so. What if my golf clubs are lost or damaged during shipping?
Trade In Golf LLC is not responsible for golf clubs that are lost or damaged during shipping. You will need to file a claim with UPS.
